Welcome to the New Year!






Happiness for the coming Year (Rom. 14:22; Jn. 14:15)


Always put God first in all decisions (Mt. 6:33; Jas. 4:15)


Pray more often (1 Thess. 5:17; Jas. 5:16)


Put others’ needs ahead of your own (Gal. 6:10; 1 Tim. 5:16)


Young people shouldn’t wait to convert (Eccl. 12:1; 2 Cor. 6:2)


Never give place to the Devil (1 Pet. 5:8; Eph. 4:27)


Every person you meet is a possible convert (Mt. 11:28-30; Rev. 22:17)


Wear the Armor of God at all times (Eph. 6:11-17)


Your Soul is at stake (Rev. 2:10c; Jas. 5:19-20)


Eternity in Heaven is your destination (Heb. 4:8-11)

All authority is given to Jesus (Mt. 7:29; 28:18; Acts 4:12)


Remember your brethren every day (1 Thess. 5:25; Gal. 6:10)




If you keep these simple thoughts in your mind on a regular basis, you’ll do well for the New Year. Make sure you share these with others that you meet.

We often make the mistake of basing our self-esteem on our family, friends, occupation, area we live in, and our home.
